The first phase of our Bed & Breakfast located at 468 Chestnut Street opened on January 1, 2000.  The present faciltiy is a 14-room house. The second floor offers three guestrooms, a large bathroom with shower and a separate relaxation bathtub equipped with water jets. The first floor has a foyer, a large living room with a formal dining area, a breakfast room and a kitchen. The basement has laundry facilities, a bathroom with shower and a separate room with a fireplace.

Future plans are to open the second wing just behind the first house.
The second wing is a complete 21-room house built in 1875 by George Wallace Delamater, a prominent Meadville banker, former mayor, and Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate for the Republican Party.
